Read it left to right. Budget credibility holds the whole way, but the OT gate closes at Week 7 and detonates at Week 10. Even with everything else sound, that single detonation caps the ending at Win with scars. That’s the ceiling doing its job.
The inheritance

The CEO gives you thirty days to get a real read and come back with a direction. Underneath sits the mess your predecessor left: a two-year-late core migration bleeding past budget, a connected-products platform shipping data it never monetizes, a data lake turned dumping ground, and an IT org where only one or two people still understand the systems that run the plant.
The private-equity owners want returns, the founding family is wary, and the board expects movement at the next meeting. Your first move has to create visibility without foreclosing the strategy you haven’t written yet.
One calculation at Week 14
Four ways it can land.
